Wingate Partners was founded in 1987 to purchase controlling equity investments in basic industries such as manufacturing, distribution and industrial services. Wingate focuses on complex “story deals” that include companies that are under-performing potential, exist in difficult or out-of-favor industries, are carve-outs or are navigating management transitions. Their philosophy is to create value by supporting management in their efforts to improve the operations of the company. The Partners of Wingate have substantial senior-level operating experience and extensive careers in acquiring companies. This is the third rebuild of the Wingate Partners in about 10 years.
I built the first website for Arlington Court Reporting back in the year 2000. In 2016, I built the latest version in WordPress. Arlington Court Reporting has delivered quality service and accurate reporting since 1987. The strive to make scheduling depositions as smooth as possible by providing many amenities that other firms do not offer. Arlington Court Reporting believes that satisfied customers start with the experienced and highly skilled staff.
Nearly 100,000 veterans call East Texas home! When families, active duty military, and National Guard/Reserve members are added to that number, this under-recognized segment of the community reaches 250,000 people or 20% of the regional population. More telling is what the East Texas region does not have: a military installation with support services. But the East Texas Region does have organizations, institutions and people that revere those veterans, the military and their families, and strive to sustain an inclusive, dynamic community.
The mission of the East Texas Veterans Alliance is to strengthen the network of community based resources for East Texas veterans, military, and their families.
The Lamar Band Booster Club (LBBC) supports the Lamar Band programs with volunteering, fundraising and event coordination. All members are benefiting their student’s music experience as their membership fees contribute to the overall fundraising of LBBC. The website serves as a clearing house for announcements, calendars, events, photos, and other media.
We just completed the new Lamar Viking Band Website for the Lamar Band Booster Club here in Arlington. The new site is custom WordPress Theme. No secrets here, but it is HTML 5 just to punish the 0.2% still using IE6. Head on over to LamarMusic.org and check it out. While you are there, please click one of those social media icons at the bottom to indicate you like it (even if you don’t like it).

I thought it would be nice to feature a few mobile sites just to help with the Mobile Website excitement and our Get Mobilized campaign.
The desktop version of DebtDrs.com has several hundred (maybe a thousand) pages of content about personal finance, bankrupty, bankruptcy law, etc. The mobile version focuses on the important information a mobile user may want.
The mobile site features the firm’s TV commercials – you may recognize “the Debt Dr.” It also allows users to schedual an initial consultation on their mobile phone. My favorite part of the site is the maps app opening on my iPhone when I click the Google button. I am able to immediately route my way to the Lawfirm’s location.
I should quickly move to our own mobile site because I like it, and the link won’t hurt our SEO.
I followed all the rules with the HandsomeWeb site. The content was cut back a little bit, but the information a mobile user would look for is here.
Web Design, Search Engine Optimization, and WordPress Development are features on the mobile site.
The Blog portion of our mobile site is a WordPress Mobile theme tweaked to look to match our site. The main mobile site doesn’t link to the blog, but if you happen to land on a blog page while surfing, you’ll get a mobile page. We decided to prepare for mobile visitors because a lot of our blog posts have started appearing in search engines.
